Telegram bot

Pick your queue once. The bot then writes before an outage, when it starts and when power should be back.

Subscribe in a minute

  1. Open your queue page. On the map pick a region, an operator and a queue (subqueue).
  2. Press “Subscribe”. The site creates a single-use link to the bot. It is valid for 30 minutes.
  3. Press “Start” in Telegram. The bot creates the subscription and confirms it with a message.

You can also skip the site: open the bot, send /subscribe and pick a region, an operator and a queue. If you do not know your queue number, it is on your bill or in your operator’s account.

By default the bot reminds you 30 and 10 minutes ahead. You can choose up to three reminders between 5 and 180 minutes. You can have up to 10 subscriptions.

What the bot does not do

Messages are based on operator schedules, not on signals from your home. Schedules can change. We notify you about changes, but it is not a guarantee.

  • The bot does not send air-raid alerts or strike reports.
  • It does not know your address and does not work out which queue it belongs to. You pick the queue. Looking a queue up by address exists only on the map, in the “Your home” block, and works for Kyiv and Dnipro.
  • Where an operator publishes no schedule, there will be no reminders: we do not invent outages.

Not on Telegram? On the map, in the “Your home” block, you can switch on browser notifications: they arrive 15, 30 or 60 minutes before an outage. On iPhone they work only after adding the site to the Home Screen.

Privacy

To run the bot we store your Telegram chat id, language, quiet hours and chosen queues. We do not ask for a name, phone number or location. The /forget command deletes all of it together with the log of sent messages. Details are on the “Privacy” page.
